Laser Hair Removal

The Diolaze XL laser treatment works to remove hair permanently and prevent future growth. A hot diode laser passes through the skin and destroys the hair follicle at the root. Thanks to a built-in cooling surface, patients enjoy greater comfort during this quick, non-invasive procedure. Laser hair removal is a good option for the following areas:

Multiple treatments are recommended for best results. That’s because the laser works best when hair follicles are in their mature growth stage. Because individual follicles have varying growth patterns, more than one session ensures that all unwanted hair is removed. Spider Veins

If you have unsightly spider veins, laser treatments using pulses of light energy can help. The laser beam causes blood to coagulate, which destroys the vessel. Blood flow is redirected to the veins deeper beneath the surface. The result is a smoother, more even appearance.

Conditions Treated

IPL treatments are highly recommended for areas exposed to sunlight, including the face, neck, decolletage, arms, hands and legs. Benefits include reduced redness, age spots, vascular lesions and spider veins. IPL is also effective at removing or reducing the appearance of port wine stains, angiomas, spider angiomas, Poikiloderma of Civatte, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and freckles. 

What to Expect

For best results, avoid direct sunlight or tanning one month before your IPL appointment. 

During treatment, the esthetician uses a device that emits bright flashes of light. Most patients will feel a sensation similar to an elastic band popping. Some people may experience mild redness and a warm sensation, which typically subside on their own within an hour. 

After your appointment, you may notice a darkening of treated areas within 24 to 48 hours, followed by treated lesions flaking off on their own. Most patients notice a more even skin tone within a few weeks. 

Innovative Radio Frequency Technology

Accutite uses radio frequency assisted lipolysis, or RFAL, for facial contouring and other treatments. This minimally invasive procedure is safe and effective when used on the face, underarms, abdomen, knees and thighs.

Evoke Face

Evoke Face delivers radio frequency energy to the subdermal area to address the cheek and jowl area. The esthetician uses the device to heat the Fibro Septal Network, which is a network of fibrous bands which give your face its structure and support. The procedure remodels dermal and subdermal tissue for better skin laxity and facial definition. It can be used to treat double chin and sagging jowls and give you a more defined facial contour.

Morpheus 8

The Morpheus 8 is a fractional device that combines 24 coated pins with the benefits of radiofrequency energy. It is used to reduce fine lines, wrinkles and acne scars. 

• The coated pins penetrate the subdermal tissue, causing the fat to coagulate and connective tissue to contract. 
• Radio frequency energy heats the dermis, which promotes a more even skin tone. 

After treatment, patients can expect improved skin texture, tone and tightness. Morpheus 8 is also effective at treating sun damage and hyperpigmentation.

Evolve X Body Sculpting

If your goal is to tighten skin, reduce the appearance of cellulite and tone muscle groups, Evolve X is a good option for body sculpting. This non-invasive, hands-free device combines radio frequency energy with electrical muscle stimulation. Three different technologies are used to treat different areas. 

• Tite: Radio frequency energy tightens sagging skin and improves texture using a safe, hands-free applicator. The esthetician applies uniform, volumetric heating to the skin and subdermal layer.
